How do I create my first invoice?

Open the app, tap +, choose Invoice, pick a client and add line items. Tap Send — your client receives a branded PDF with a pay link.

Which payment methods can I accept?

All major debit and credit cards via Stripe, plus PayPal, Wise and Revolut. You can also add a manual bank transfer or any custom payment link.

How does Vio (the AI bookkeeper) work?

Vio reads every transaction from your connected accounts and your scanned receipts, then categorises and reconciles them automatically each night. You only see the edge cases that need a human.

Can I import data from Xero or QuickBooks?

Yes — go to Settings → Import, connect your existing tool and we pull clients, invoices and chart of accounts. Two-way sync keeps both sides aligned.

How do I add a team member?

Settings → Team → Invite. They get an email link. You control permissions per person (view-only, billable, admin).

Is my data secure?

Yes. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, backups run hourly and you can export everything to CSV or PDF at any time.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Settings → Billing → Cancel. Your data stays available read-only for 90 days so you can re-activate or export.

What if I need help with my taxes?

On the Business plan our certified accountants handle quarterly reviews and year-end filing. Pro users can book one-off sessions in-app.
