“Can it help me collect payments faster?”
Send an invoice in under a minute with a pay link on it. Clients pay by card, transfer or wallet on your own rails — the money lands in your account, never ours.
“Can it remind customers to pay?”
Yes, automatically. Polite, on-brand reminders go out on the schedule you approve, and stop the moment the invoice is paid. You never have to send the awkward message again.
“Can it calculate my profit?”
Money in, money out, profit — updated as you work. Ask Vio "how much did I make this month?" and you get the figure plus the workings behind it.
“Can it prepare my tax records?”
Every invoice, receipt and expense is filed with the right tax treatment for your country. Export a clean pack for your accountant or your tax authority whenever you need it.

Is there a cap on how many invoices I can send?⌄
No. Not on Solo, not on Pro, not on Business. Send four a year or four hundred a week — we don't meter the thing you're paid for. Plans differ on the automation and AI around invoicing, never the invoicing itself.
What happens when the internet drops?⌄
You keep working. SoftBillo runs locally first: write invoices, take payments at the counter, adjust stock, print to a Bluetooth receipt printer — all offline. The moment you're back on a signal, everything syncs in the background and tells you if anything clashed.
If I cancel, do I lose everything?⌄
No. Cancel in two clicks from Settings → Billing — no phone call, no retention maze. You drop to Solo at the end of the period you've paid for, and your invoices, clients and books stay right where they are. Export the lot to CSV or PDF whenever you like.
Is Solo really free forever?⌄
Yes. Solo stays free with unlimited invoices, expenses, clients, and Vio basics — no card required, no trial timer.
What's the difference between Solo and Pro?⌄
Pro adds recurring billing, deposits and credit notes, the full Vio AI assistant, automated chasing, cash forecasting and priority support. Invoicing is unlimited on both.
Can I switch or cancel later?⌄
Yes — upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. Changes are prorated automatically.
Do you offer a free trial for Pro?⌄
Pro includes a 14-day free trial. We do take a card up front so the plan can continue without interruption — cancel any time before day 14 and you'll never be charged a penny. If you'd rather not hand over a card at all, Solo is free forever.
Which payment methods are supported?⌄
All major cards via our billing partner. Annual plans on Business can also be invoiced.
Is my data really mine?⌄
Always. Export invoices, clients and expenses to CSV or PDF in one click. No lock-in, ever.
Do you charge for Vio credits I don't use?⌄
No. Your monthly credits reset each cycle — no rollover, no surprise overage fees. Upgrade if you consistently need more.
