Is Solo really free?⌄
Yes — free forever, not a countdown trial. Solo covers 3 invoices a month, up to 5 customers, estimates, receipts, expenses, one booking type, tasks and Vio Lite.
Do I need a credit card?⌄
Not for Solo. You only enter payment details when you choose Pro or Business.
Can I upgrade later?⌄
Any time, from Settings → Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated, and everything you have already built — customers, invoices, bookings, history — stays exactly where it is.
What are Vio credits?⌄
Credits are spent on AI work: reading a receipt, drafting an invoice or message, summarising your month, running a Vio action. Ordinary product use — creating customers, viewing invoices, managing bookings, exporting records — never costs credits.
Can I add team members?⌄
Yes. Pro includes 3 users and Business includes 10. Extra seats are $15/user/month on Pro and $12/user/month on Business.
What happens when Vio credits run out?⌄
Vio pauses its AI actions for the rest of the cycle — the rest of SoftBillo keeps working normally. You can top up credits at any time, or move to a plan with a larger monthly allowance. Included credits reset each billing cycle and do not carry over; credits you buy stay valid for 12 months.
Can I cancel?⌄
Yes, in two clicks from Settings → Billing. You keep paid features until the end of the period you have paid for, then drop back to Solo with your data intact.
Does SoftBillo hold my money?⌄
No. SoftBillo is not a bank. Customer payments go through the payment provider you connect — Stripe, PayPal, Paystack or Flutterwave — and land in your own account. SoftBillo records the payment; it never holds or moves your funds.
