Terms of Service

By creating a SoftBillo account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

SoftBillo is operated by MetaEdx Inc, a Delaware corporation, together with its United Kingdom subsidiary MetaEdx Technologies Ltd. Which one you contract with depends on where you are:

• United Kingdom, Ireland and the European Union — MetaEdx Technologies Ltd.
• United States and everywhere else — MetaEdx Inc.

In these terms, "SoftBillo", "we" and "us" mean whichever of those entities you contract with. The terms themselves are identical either way.

• You must be 18+ and able to enter a contract.
• You're responsible for keeping your credentials safe.
• You may invite team members; you remain responsible for their use.

Don't use SoftBillo for unlawful activity, to harass others, to send spam, or to circumvent our security. We may suspend accounts that do.

• Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You own your data. We process it on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy, which also sets out which MetaEdx entity is your data controller and how to exercise your rights. You can export everything at any time.

We aim for 99.9% uptime but the service is provided "as is" — we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. We'll let you know in advance about scheduled maintenance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoftBillo's liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app at least 30 days before they take effect.
