1. What we use, in one line
SoftBillo uses a small set of first-party cookies and browser storage to sign you in, remember your settings, and understand which features get used. We do not run advertising trackers, we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we do not build profiles about you across other websites.
2. Strictly necessary
These always run — the product cannot work without them, so they do not require consent.

3. Preferences
These remember choices you have made. Turning them off simply means we ask again next visit.

4. Analytics and diagnostics
In the UK, Ireland and the EU these only run after you consent. Everywhere else you can opt out at any time from the banner or from Settings.

5. Changing your choice
- Use the cookie banner, or open Settings → Privacy inside the app, to change consent at any time.
- Every browser lets you block or clear cookies — note that blocking the strictly necessary ones will sign you out.
- We honour Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals for non-essential cookies.
6. Third parties
A short list of processors may set cookies strictly to deliver their part of the service — payment processing during checkout, embedded video on marketing pages, and our error-monitoring provider. They act on our instructions under contract and may not use the data for their own advertising. A named subprocessor list is available from info@softbillo.com.
