We're a startup, so none of these roles are salaried. Where the work directly creates revenue — sales, partnerships, affiliates, retention — you earn commission or a share of that revenue, with no cap. Where commission genuinely doesn't fit — design, engineering, writing — we pay a scoped project fee agreed in writing before you start. We'll never ask you to work on "exposure".
